Flu Season

Prevent the Flu
According to the Arizona Department of Health Services, Arizona influenza (flu) activity hit widespread this week; widespread is the highest category possible.

Above are some simple prevention measures to help stop the spread of flu.
Flu symptoms are similar to the common cold, but the flu comes on more quickly and is more physically draining. For most people, the best advice is to stay home, rest, and drink plenty of fluids.
