South Mountain Performing Arts Magnet Students Participated in "At Home in the Desert: Youth Engagement and Place"

The South Mountain Performing Arts magnet students participated in an evening of music, dance and dialogue at an event entitled “At Home in the Desert: Youth Engagement and Place,” April 13.  The event at the South Mountain Community College Black Box Theatre featured performances by the Warner A. Gabel Branch of the Boys & Girls Club; and ASU Herberger Institute students.  The program explored what it means to live in our desert city as individuals and members of the community.
