Betty Fairfax had a perfect regular season, going 18-0. But in the play-in round of the 5A playoffs, they lost to #23 seed Liberty, 10-6, to end a memorable season. Two of their top players, Natalia Vallarta and Kanyae Engram signed letters of Intent, May 2, to play softball at Gateway Community College. Vallarta played centerfield and Engram was the left fielder for the Stampede. Both played varsity softball all four years at Fairfax.
