Arizona State quarterback Taylor Kelly and teammates are working with Cesar Chavez students as part of the school’s Next Level program, November 10. The ASU athletes are trained to tutor high school students in a program it calls “Scholar Ballers.” They regularly meet with our athletes, and our AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) and Next Level students and discuss issues with them that are current.
Arizona State University redshirt senior quarterback Taylor Kelly was recently named a member of the 2014 National Football Foundation National Scholar-Athlete Class and is a finalist for the 2014 William V. Campbell Trophy, which is college football's premier scholar-athlete award and recognizes an individual as the absolute best scholar-athlete in the nation.
