Central Culinary Arts Students Cater the Hors d’Oeuvres Reception for the Harvest Moon Dinner

Central Culinary Arts students catered the Hors d’Oeuvres Reception for the Harvest Moon Dinner sponsored by Careers Through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) of Arizona, November 6. There were only 20 schools from Arizona represented there. The unique dining experience under a full moon in central Phoenix (Camelback and Central) is a fund raising event for CCAP. The three-course meal was prepared by C-CAP Alumni.
