Trevor Browne’s Christian Camacho hit a first-inning double in the Bruins’ baseball game against Millennium, April 11, breaking the State record for career two-base hits with 57.  Pitcher Miguel Ruiz started for the first time since being beaned by a 90-mile hour fastball earlier in the year.  After a weeklong hospital stay, Ruiz was expected to miss the rest of the season.  Pitching with a protective mask, Ruiz gave up a leadoff double, but then no-hit the Tigers for 5 2/3 innings, striking out six batters.  Browne beat 7th-ranked Millennium, 5-1, to keep its playoff hopes alive.  The Bruins are trying to reach the playoffs for the fourth consecutive season under head coach and alumnus Destin Cummings.
