Junior Thomas Ayala has been accepted to the summer LEAD program at Dartmouth College    from June 23 - July 13. Throughout the three-week schedule, students are exposed to a wide variety of business topics, issues and functions. They are prepared for the college selection and application process, and are given a sense of the career opportunities that exist in business.

Classes include all of the functional areas of business including finance, economics, management, marketing, business ethics and leadership. LEADers also take a class taught by the Dean of Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.

Ayala, who is Yavapai, wants to study business in college and open up his own Boys and Girls Club to provide programs and services to various communities, especially Native Americans.  Although he attends Bostrom, he plays baseball at Alhambra.
