Camelback Marketing Students Head to DECA International Conference

The largest contingent of Camelback marketing students ever is headed to the DECA International Career Conference in Anaheim, April 23-28.   Fourteen students qualified at the 2,000-student DECA State Development Conference, March 3-5 in Phoenix and will compete for over $1 million worth of scholarships and money awards.  The students are: Ivony Garcia in Entrepreneurship; Grisela Valles, Eric Hernandez, and Christian Torres in Public Promotional Campaign; Senyaceth Arroyo and Violeta Bustamante in Business Operation Research; David Carrera, Angelita Guzman, and Kimiko Lyon in Creative Marketing Project; Daisy Bello in Earn and Learn Project; Salma Lopez Luna and Joyce Adame in Entrepreneurship Innovative Plan, and Dennise Briones and Perla Torres in Creative Marketing Project.  



The following students where top ten finalists: Martin Corona- Sports and Entertainment; Jose Cervantes – Entrepreneurship Innovative Plan; Alexis Serafin and Benjamin Jaimes; Entrepreneurship Innovative Plan; Emile Disc- Advertising Campaign.
