Today's weather report— It‘s a clear day today and is going to get up to about 86 degrees.
It is going to cool down to about 58 degrees tonight.
On Friday, 17 Alhambra Nursing students volunteered their time at St. Mary's Food Bank. The average group of volunteers box 16 pallets of food per shift. Our Lions managed to box 19 PALLETS! That's a total of 1, 368 food boxes for Arizona families. WAY TO GO LIONS!
Special shout out to Mr. Walliser for chaperoning and helping out. Nursing appreciates you!
ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES!!
Time to get ready for 2019-2020 sports season.
We will be having a “FREE” yes “FREE, FREE, FREE” sports physical at Sunnyslope High School on Saturday, March 30th and transportation will be provided.
Please stop by the Athletic office for information and a packet.
Students interested in joining Student Government, please see Mr. Filerio in room 1122 for an application.
Those who went to lion town, we will be having a meeting Tuesday, March 26th, that’s tomorrow, after school in room 4009. It will be a time to pick up your camp mail, hang out and see others from Lion Town.

Attention Juniors: Do you want to earn a $500 scholarship? Join us on Wednesday April 10th right after school in room 3001. The Be A Leader Club is giving information on how to earn $500 for college.

Attention Seniors who are planning to attend Gateway or Phoenix College, please stop by counseling to pick up a brown slip to attend Express Enrollment Day on Friday April 5th and April 12th.

The Be A Leader Foundation is hosting an event for Dreamers and Undocumented students on Saturday April 6th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at ASU Mercado which is in downtown Phoenix. Lunch will be provided.

Attention Juniors and Seniors—Prom Tickets are on sale at the bookstore for just $65 per person. This year’s theme is Enchanted Garden and prom will be held at
Antigua Gardens in Phoenix on April 27th from 7 pm to 11 pm.
The Alhambra Chief Science Officer’s would like to invite you to this year’s STEAM Fair. The event will take place in the South Gym on Friday, March 29th from 9am to 3pm. The event is to showcase the different STEAM clubs/activities we host here on campus. These booths and performances will range from Robotics to Dance.
We look forward to you coming over to see our innovative ideas and STEAM projects!
On Tuesday April 2nd, the Allen school of Health Sciences will be her during both lunches.
