    The wrestling team has a tournament today and tomorrow at Verrado. We want to wish the team good luck.

    The girls soccer team has an away game today against Maryvale. Go Lady Lions!

    The boys soccer team has a home game today against Maryvale. JV plays on the field after school at 4:00 and then Varsity at 6:00pm. Let’s go out and cheer for our team!

    The boys basketball team has a home game tonight against San Luis. The Freshman game starts at 4:00, then JV at 5:30, then Varsity at 7:00 pm. Let’s go Lions!

    Attention all girls interested in playing softball this season.Tryouts will be on Mon. Feb 4th on the varsity softball field starting at 3:30. In order to tryout you must be fully cleared by the athletics office. If you have any questions please talk to Coach Evans in room 2024.

    ESL students who received a pink mandatory meeting paper about the AZELLA test must report to the Lecture Hall on Tuesday January 22nd during Advisory.

    The Be A Leader Club is meeting on Wednesday, January 30th, right after school in room 3001. We are going to talk about summer opportunities and the Be A Leader Scholarship. Be there!

    Find the hero in you!  On Tuesday, February 5th, the JROTC will be hosting a blood drive in the North Gym. Sign up during both lunches in the cafeteria. Help support the community and find the hero in you!

    The National Guard will visit our campus next week on Tuesday during lunch.

    Students who drive-please be aware that there will be construction on Mariposa and Pierson streets. Parking will not be permitted next week beginning on Monday. Violators will be towed. Thank you for your cooperation.
