A little about me...
I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in Conservation Biology with a minor in Business. I received my Master’s degree in Secondary Education from University of Phoenix.
I conducted biochemical research at ASU during my undergraduate years, interned at the Arizona Game and Fish Department in the Desert Turtle program helping with adoption and survey investigations, and worked as a Research/Lab Aide for the School of Life Sciences in ecology and School of Earth and Space Exploration in analytical chemistry. My passion for science and education was further developed when I worked in the Programs Department as a Lead Instructor in Night Camp and Camp Zoo at the Phoenix Zoo.I am excited to teach a variety of STEM courses for our senior experience. I look forward to guiding students at the end of their high school experience, helping them transition to their next steps in life feeling prepared and confident in their learning process thus far.
