 Fundraiser Request 
Any and all Fundraiser Requests must be filled out and submitted to Mr. Lopez by Monday of each week to be approved on Tuesday. Any request sent after Monday will be approved the following Tuesday. Check the Fundraiser calendar for openings. Only 3 fundraisers will be conducted at any one time. You must have a district-approved P.O. BEFORE beginning your fundraiser and ordering any items.
