Dear High School Parent/Guardian,
It’s time to start another exciting year at Trevor Browne High School. My name is Eddie Aranda and I will be teaching English 7-8 this year. I graduated from Arizona State University West with a degree in K-12 Special Education and 1-8 General Education. I also recently earned my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. I am excited about teaching at Trevor Browne High School and for the opportunity of working with your student.
Before earning my degree, I served four years in the U.S. Army where I traveled and learned valuable leadership skills I will bring into the classroom. I decided to become a teacher because I want to help young adults reach their full potential. I feel I can be a positive role model for all my students as they achieve their educational goals.
Every student in my classroom will have an opportunity to learn in an environment appropriate to his or her needs based on IEP goals and the Arizona Standards. I will strive to create an environment that will meet the needs of our diverse student population. Rules and procedures are established to maximize the educational opportunities for each student. Because your child will be a contributing member of our class, he/she will be instrumental in establishing the rules in our classroom. Your child will be expected to come to class prepared and ready to participate as we accomplish our goals.
Please consider me a resource for questions or suggestions concerning your child’s needs. I also appreciate any comments or suggestions that you would like to share with me. As an important partner in your child’s success, I want to encourage you to visit and provide assistance in any way possible. Please remember we all have unique gifts that can help make our students successful.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns feel free to contact me at (602) 764-8802 or e-mail at email@example.com I am looking forward to meeting you in the near future and educating your child in my classroom!
