Coaching Opportunities
If you are interested in coaching within the Phoenix Union High School District a "Coaching Application for Advertised Position" must be submitted to the Talent Division along with a copy of your current Arizona Department of Education certificate.
 
All applicants must have or be able to obtain the following documentation:
  • Valid Arizona Teaching, Substitute, or Arizona Coaching Certificate issued by Arizona Department of Education.
     
  • Have completed each of the following criteria from the National Federation of State High School Associations online at www.nfhslearn.org (Level 1 Certification):
     
    • NFHS Fundamental of Coaching Certificate
       
    • NFHS Concussion in Sports 
    • Current CPR & First Aid Certification
       
    • Current AZ IVP or Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Applications may be faxed to (602) 229-8306 or submitted at the District office located at 4502 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012.
